Policies for Caline For Kids
Order confirmation: A receipt will be e-mailed to you with an order confirmation.
Payment options: Caline For Kids online accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Your account will only be charged once the order has shipped.
Sales tax: A 5% sales tax will be charged on all applicable items shipped in Massachusetts.
Privacy: Caline For Kids respects your privacy. We will not, for any reason, provide your information to a third party. All information shared by you will be for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
Shipping and Handling: All orders are shipped UPS. We charge a flat fee of $7.00 for UPS ground. Orders over $75.00 include free shipping. Larger items may require additional shipping charges. This will be clearly stated under the product description. We ship each week day. You can expect your order to ship within 48 hours of placing it. Every effort is made to keep the website updated, however some items may become out of stock before we have a chance to update the site. If this occurs you will be notified by e-mail as to when we think the item will be available.
Personalized items: All personalized items are non-refundable. Most of our personalized items take a week to process. Please account for the extra time. Personalizing is an additional $10.00 per item.
Return policy: We are happy to accept returns, for exchange or refund, within 15 days of purchase on all full priced items. We ask that you enclose your packing slip with the return. Gifts: We are happy to ship your gift directly to the recipient. Gift wrap and gift enclosure cards are complimentary. We e-mail your receipt, so you can be sure it is never shipped with the order.
